“I've decided to give Gosnell's 5⭐. I needed a spare tire, rim & tire, that was proving to be very difficult without paying a small fortune for it. They had one and sold it to me for a very reasonable price. They do business the way folks used to back in the golden years of America.4⭐ because they are extremely nice and helpful. If you call ahead, they will pull your part and have it waiting in the office. Low prices because it's a junkyard with used parts. The only downside I know of is that it is not easy to find. They're several businesses around them & none are clearly marked. The office sign is partially blocked by bushes. Otherwise, an old fashion style junkyard.”
“One of the best dealerships in North Carolina. My family had a flat tire on the way to a wedding and they got a tire in asap, fixed it perfectly and got us on our way. The owner even took us to lunch!! What an amazing place!!”
“I wish there were 6 stars! I cannot say enough positive things about all the people at AVO. I have a 2024 Jeep Wrangler that came with pathetic halogen headlights. Coming home after dark was extremely challenging. Upon their recommendation, I installed Alpha Rex LED headlights. Wow - what a difference! They made the process easy from quote to installation. My new headlamps are SO much better than before - I now drive at night with confidence. Thanks to everyone at AVO for a seamless experience!”

“They do excellent work - previously damaged area essentialy looks new! However, it did take much longer to complete repairs on my vehicle than estimated, but I chalk that up to the time of year (Holidays), waiting on insurance approvals, and others also trying to get repairs after Hurricane Helene. I would still highly recommend them in the future (they even washed/cleaned the car before I picked it up)!”

“All i can say about this shop is absolutely WOW, after desperately needing rocker panels, cab corners and a new paint job TD Customs was the ONLY shop within 200 miles that was willing to do the work, many other shops heard the word rust and immediately said no way we wont even consider it, TD Customs looked it over and just simply said yes sir thats not a problem at all. Extremely professional guys. super satisfied with the communication, timeframe and especially going the extra mile for me on my truck. they did exactly what i asked for to the T and left no doubt in my mind that i would be completely satisfied with the finished product and boy am I! i cant say enough good things about this shop. If you need quality work done on your vehicle whether its newer, a classic hotrod, Motorcycle, or just a car or truck you cant stand to part with this place can do it all!!!!”

“I started using this o’Reillys about a year ago because the service is great, and the staff is very helpful. Today’s visit for wiper blades was no different. Victoria (asst manager) and Randy (in training) were amazing. They found what I needed and installed the new blades on my CRV lickety-split. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes.
Victoria has helped me in the past. This young lady is a ball of energy and knows more about car parts than most GUYS.
If we had more customer service like Victoria and Randy, the world would be a better place.

She promptly got back to with the estimate snd schedule for the repair. With the repairs being complete two days sooner than expected. I was over the moon excited!

My truck had a carport collapse on it during the winter snow storm a few years back. When I got my truck back it looked brand new! “These folks have ALWAYS been great, and operate with high integrity- especially today with my battery issue. Rather than try to push to sell me one of their batteries, the gentleman checked my battery, (which needed replacing) and noted the date of previous replacement. He kindly suggested I might want to contact AAA first (whom I purchased that battery from in an emergency) - that it should still be under warranty. It is, indeed still under warranty and AAA is now coming to replace it. Thank you, Advanced Auto for your feedback, integrity, and humanism. This is not the first time I’ve received such service from them. Customer for over 20 years!”
“After months of looking for a Crosstrek in my budget and planning out a trip to Asheville to look at a few (it was a 3:30 hour drive from my college). I made the long trip, to come up what I thought would be empty handed, my last attempted to look at cars was to call Hunter Subaru about a 15 minute drive south, so I gave them a call and was told that they has 2 cars that may be out of my budget but was assured that they would be worth looking at. So I went to the dealership and was met by some super nice staff, My sales person was Jordan C. Who was able to get the price down to something I could afford and helped with everything along the way. I went on my trip to view cars with the intention of getting a 2015 or 2016 Crosstrek, but in the end I now have a 2017 Crosstrek Premium. The car was not ready for me to take home the day I viewed it, so Hunter Subaru and their staff scheduled to have drivers meet me with the car at the Tennessee Kentucky border. This process went super smooth and saved me a lot of stress. The drivers were also amazing and kind. It was such a relief to work with people that genuinely cared and wanted to send me home with a safe and reliable vehicle. Hunter Subaru is definitely worth your time and wants whats best for the customer!”

“I had a small front bumper repair needed on my 4runner. A different shop quoted me $2200 and said I had to replace the bumper and repaint. Jose and Kenny at Hunter took a look at it and told me to order a new bracket from Toyota ( to save on the uncharge to Hunter if they ordered it) and when I had it, I called and Jose got me in the next day. It took Kenny less the 30 min to replace the broken bracket and they had me on my way!! So simple and easy!! Super nice guys and they saved me a bundle of money!! Highly recommend them!!”
