“I went to Hunter Volvo on a Monday evening, after doing extensive research on the model I wanted and the vehicles in stock at Hunter. I started by walking around the lot and taking a few minutes to look at the two vehicles that I had narrowed my search down to. I was thankful to have a few minutes to look alone before beginning the buying process. I then entered the showroom and was greeted by Stefan, I told him which two vehicles I was interested in and he let me drive both and very patiently waited and I looked both over. I finally decided which one I wanted and we began to discuss numbers. After some back-and-forth we agreed on an OTD price and shook hands.
I found everyone I interacted with to be very nice and professional and Stefan definitely knew the product. He also took time to familiarize me with the service department which is important since I plan to have my Volvo serviced here.”

“I have purchased new vehicles for over 50 years-in 2020 I had a poor experience with Hendersonville Ford, Parks predecessor, subsequently purchasing a 2022 and 2024 Ford Ranger in Brevard, quite an inconvenience(but equally good experience); my 2024 was stone dead in the Charlotte Airport long term lot, a jump box got us home, it was now dead in our driveway-Parks, knowing up front the truck wasn't purchased thereat, nevertheless serviced and got me on the road in 48 hours, warranty kicked in to boot-amazing service, the next Ford, if it is in the future, will definitely come from Parks Ford of Hendersonville, NC”
“It was a very good price in my opinion I got two or three estimates. These guys were the lowest and it looks absolutely perfect to me. I pick them not only because of their price because of all the good reviews. If I could figure out how to post a picture I would show you the comparison just know I'm 100% satisfied from the moment I walked in the door to everyone I met from the office lady super nice friendly customer service. “I was in an emergency situation just minutes before they closed. Both of my headlights were out. I had replacements and asked to borrow some tools. They lended me the tools. The headlights wouldn't come on. David, did some digging and found out the problem. Susie was so kind with lending me the tools. They were super accommodating and helpful!!! I am eternally grateful for these two beautiful souls to help me!! Susie offered to follow me home if I couldn't get then working tonight. “I had a small front bumper repair needed on my 4runner. A different shop quoted me $2200 and said I had to replace the bumper and repaint. Jose and Kenny at Hunter took a look at it and told me to order a new bracket from Toyota ( to save on the uncharge to Hunter if they ordered it) and when I had it, I called and Jose got me in the next day. It took Kenny less the 30 min to replace the broken bracket and they had me on my way!! So simple and easy!! Super nice guys and they saved me a bundle of money!! Highly recommend them!!”

“After months of looking for a Crosstrek in my budget and planning out a trip to Asheville to look at a few (it was a 3:30 hour drive from my college). I made the long trip, to come up what I thought would be empty handed, my last attempted to look at cars was to call Hunter Subaru about a 15 minute drive south, so I gave them a call and was told that they has 2 cars that may be out of my budget but was assured that they would be worth looking at. So I went to the dealership and was met by some super nice staff, My sales person was Jordan C. Who was able to get the price down to something I could afford and helped with everything along the way. I went on my trip to view cars with the intention of getting a 2015 or 2016 Crosstrek, but in the end I now have a 2017 Crosstrek Premium. The car was not ready for me to take home the day I viewed it, so Hunter Subaru and their staff scheduled to have drivers meet me with the car at the Tennessee Kentucky border. This process went super smooth and saved me a lot of stress. The drivers were also amazing and kind. It was such a relief to work with people that genuinely cared and wanted to send me home with a safe and reliable vehicle. Hunter Subaru is definitely worth your time and wants whats best for the customer!”
“I scraped my car and dislodged the front left side of the bumper. I looked up auto body shops and drove in on a Monday afternoon without calling first. At first glance I was worried I’m in the wrong place but as soon as I pulled in I was greeted and helped. Chris is incredibly skilled and put my bumper back in 10 minutes. I got an extremely reasonable quote for the pain job. If you want to support your local community instead of a national chain Lane’s paint and body shop is a great choice. Honest and helpful folk who have been here their whole lives. I hope I don’t need their services again, but if I do, they’ve got my business!”

“We had bought a car that had some door damage, Collins Auto Repair did an amazing job! They had to match the paint, and the little pin stripe on the cars also! The car is silver, so that can be a hard color to match! They went above and beyond any expectations we had! I highly recommend them! Communication was always great, made sure we were happy before we left, just overall a wonderful experience! Definitely will go back whenever we need auto repairs!”

Communication was excellent. Krystle did a great job of keeping me informed as to the status of my vehicle.
The actual repair was excellent. Looks brand new, you can't tell it was ever damaged.
Repair took two weeks. I can't say if this is typical, but I think it was fair - can't complain.
Price - it was expensive, but reasonable considering what was repaired. That's why you have insurance, right? Insurance process was seamless. I paid the deductible, my insurance company took care of the balance directly. Very easy.
The bad - we're not all perfect. Quite frankly, there was nothing I could poke holes in or complain about.
I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.”
“Jorge and Jesus repaired my wife's Honda CRV-Touring SUV that was scraped on the driver's side back like new condition , can't even see where the doors were repaired and the paint was blended. I called HVL body shop as a last resort. When other shops gave me extremely high estimates without even seeing the car, José and Stephanie immediately drove out to see it for themselves. The quoted me literally a fraction of what others were. I just wanted it driveable, but they ended up fixing some cosmetic issues not previously discussed and wouldn’t let me compensate them for it- in their words, they’ve been young parents before and wanted to fix me up to drive around town with my baby comfortably. I literally could not recommend them enough!! The most honest family owned business I know of in the area.”

“I ordered 3 parts online(first time) Tuesday night to fix my daughters car on Saturday. They were delivered to my house on Friday, which was fine and in time, but if I go to the store and they have to order them, I can usually pick them up the next day. I used the online coupon for 20% off of $125+ and it was shipped via UPS, thank you. I also ordered online some tools Wednesday to do the repair to pick up in store, but they wouldn't come until Saturday. I understand waiting 3 days to come via UPS but if I'm picking up product in the store, why wait 3 days?”
“Bought windshield wipers from this location. I’ve always gone to this location and the passenger side windshield wiper fell off. They fixed it for free a few months later my driver side windshield wiper went off and they had to pay for it this time, but it would’ve been nice if I had wipers on here that would not break and I have not even had them for a year bar that they are great great customer service always love this AutoZone. Thank you for your service. Give able to go work guys. .”
