“Clyde and Zack fixed a problem that another repair shop ( Fletcher Car Care) charged a lot of money and used non OEM parts in the engine. Clyde used OEM parts and our 2013 Ford Explorer is running better than it did compared to the other place that ripped me off. I'll definitely be back. “Outstanding customer service. Had a major time consuming repair. Recently moved to area but had used same facility 20 years ago when Grover had the establishment and received outstanding service then. Took a chance, estimate was reasonable with detailed explanations of what was required, timeline given. Two days prior to date of completion my son asked to borrow truck. Called Bill the manager to see if it could be expedited and he arranged for mechanic to work until 10 at night and come in at 6 to get the repair done. Cost came in below estimate. I live 1 1/2 hours away from establishment but plan using them for future repairs.”
