“These are supposed to be reviews of Sam's club. Not a review of some mattress you bought from Sam's. Not a review of some diesel pumps that aren't configured the way you want. It's not a bad place because you "just moved here and like Costco better" (do us all a favor and move back). Get a grip people. You are not the only ones on the planet. This Sam's club and its employees are great compared to other places.”

“Every associate is so kind and helpful. Even the optical is amazing at making the best experience. I have to give a shoutout to Alma in clothing. I was looking for a pair of shoes that I saw 3 days before and today they were gone. She said she was going to the back of the store and look because she saw them earlier. She brought out exactly what I needed. That’s going above and beyond. Thank you, Alma!”

“Ordered new tires for my pickup truck online and had one of the better tire install experiences since the last I could remember. I dropped the truck off at my scheduled appointment time and they finished within an hour. What really set the service apart was when I picked the truck up - the rep I spoke with, Jeff explained how they reprogrammed the tpms system since my larger than stock tires on my pickup run lower than normal pressure. He also explained how he placed a sticker on the door jamb showing the ideal pressure. This was above and beyond service. Upon inspecting my tires I was happy to see that they had no issues (scuffing, scratched rims, etc). Thank you!”

Read the postWhen it comes to buying appliances, people who prioritize price over other factors end up less satisfied in the long run. That's what the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Appliance Satisfaction Study found out. Shoppers who bought appliances on sale just because of the low price had an overall satisfaction score of 714 out of 1,000.
