“My husband and I travel seasonally for his job and we spent the spring and summer (2023) at Mountain View Apartments with our two dogs. I’ll try to keep this brief but it’s hard when I have so many wonderful things to say. Management is beyond anything I have experienced living in an apartment community. Maegan and Becky are the absolute BEST. I have spent so much time in the office chatting with them and bringing my dogs in for treats and belly scratches. It got to the point where we couldn’t walk past the office without my boy dog, Jax, pulling me to the office door to go see “his ladies”. On top of being genuinely wonderful people, the staff is just on it. Everything we needed (maintenance, paperwork, questions) it was all done quickly and effectively. Very clean apartments and grounds! Never had a single issue with bugs, trash, or dog poop. They take such good care of their facilities and their residents. Bark park is perfect. 10/10 I wish we still lived in AVL so we could have stayed longer.”
“This is a beautiful apartment community with excellent amenities at a great value! The staff is always eager to help with anything you need, and the maintenance team is extremely courteous and meticulous. You can't beat their oversized dog run for pups with the zoomies. Speaking of dogs, the grounds are kept well maintained and there is never any dog poo on the grass. The common areas are well-lit and inviting, so you always feel safe when walking through the community, even in these short days of winter when a lot of folks don't get home from work until after dark. Their clubhouse is always clean and well-stocked with coffee, tea, and even a gift-wrapping station. The staff here really cares about their residents. 10/10 I highly recommend this place!”

“I came here for a tour because I'm looking for a place to live and I will say that this place is very beautiful and checked off a lot of stuff on my list I think the rent is pretty high but you're paying for where you live and the status but it is a pretty place to live and if you can afford it I would live there the people are very nice and the lady that gave me a tour was awesome. It's location is great. If you have money go take a tour.”

“I have had nothing but great interactions with the office staff since they took over. Things are tuff as they have had to clean up a lot since the previous property managers really didn't do anything. So this poor staff is starting from way down hill. Their maintenance has also been doing great considering what they walked into.Lauren has been super helpful kind; being promt again maintenance still trying their best to keep up but the previous company really set them all back. Chris from maintenance has been professional and done his best to fix the various issues we have submitted. Nothing is perfect anywhere I still am happy living here.”

“I've lived here 4 1/2 years and like anyone have had to call for a maintenance work order a few times. Unfortunately some things in the past has taken months or longer to get fixed which was a hassle. However with our current management and maintenance staff I called on a Monday this week about something I was told would be fixed when I moved in they were there on Tuesday to see what they needed and came back Wednesday with the repair completed. Shows we have the right management and maintenance staff in place. Thanks”
