David the manager went and found the car color combination we requested. He was also so helpful. We emailed back and forth for 2 days straight. The business manager Keith was very quick with the paperwork and hilarious! He made the whole thing fun. I usually leave car transactions exhausted from pushy, over bearing people and this was the total opposite. Everyone made us feel like they were there to help us. We would 100% buy from them again. “I work in propane delivery. It is very important that my tires be up to DOT standards. My boss sent me over for 4 rear tires needing replacement. No sooner then I walked in and said what I needed did they have me backing my truck into the garage and immediately started putting the new tires on. Not only will I be able to run my route when I was prepared to lose the whole day but the people that depend on propane for heating and keeping their homes running normally will not have to wait longer for the potential delay this could have caused.”

“After months of looking for a Crosstrek in my budget and planning out a trip to Asheville to look at a few (it was a 3:30 hour drive from my college). I made the long trip, to come up what I thought would be empty handed, my last attempted to look at cars was to call Hunter Subaru about a 15 minute drive south, so I gave them a call and was told that they has 2 cars that may be out of my budget but was assured that they would be worth looking at. So I went to the dealership and was met by some super nice staff, My sales person was Jordan C. Who was able to get the price down to something I could afford and helped with everything along the way. I went on my trip to view cars with the intention of getting a 2015 or 2016 Crosstrek, but in the end I now have a 2017 Crosstrek Premium. The car was not ready for me to take home the day I viewed it, so Hunter Subaru and their staff scheduled to have drivers meet me with the car at the Tennessee Kentucky border. This process went super smooth and saved me a lot of stress. The drivers were also amazing and kind. It was such a relief to work with people that genuinely cared and wanted to send me home with a safe and reliable vehicle. Hunter Subaru is definitely worth your time and wants whats best for the customer!”

I drove from Tennessee to look at the Civic Type R that was for sale,I looked the car over for a least three hours and she was never rushed me. After driving the car and looking over the car fax I couldn’t pass it up and came back on Monday to purchase it. The finance guy and everyone involved in the transaction was very professional. “I'm in town for a few work meetings. On the drive up from Georgia, the low tire pressure light came on and of course it's night out, I'm panicked, and worried I'm going to get a flat tire on a section of the road where there's no shoulder. I'm staying at a hotel near the airport, and on my way there I drive past the Honda dealership! I know it's closed, so I knew I had to come by today. After trying my hand at filling up at gas stations and being confused why the light wouldn't go off, I made sure I got here before five. I was greeted by Gabby, which took away some of my anxiety and pained look of being at a dealership looking foolish and all for not knowing how my car works. She brought over Alex, one of the advisors and he explained to me what the issue was, why it happened, what to expect moving forward, and also how to keep an eye out moving forward if the light comes on again. Finally, he showed me how to reset the calibration so the light goes off! Many thanks to both Gabby and Alex at this dealership for taking a late walk in. They were professional, kind, and super helpful. On a day when I was so exhausted, I got to address a pain point and get this addressed so I don't panic on my drive back to GA tomorrow. Support this dealership! I didn't buy my Honda here but they helped me as if I was a lifelong customer, that tells you a lot.”
