However, it did take much longer to complete repairs on my vehicle than estimated, but I chalk that up to the time of year (Holidays), waiting on insurance approvals, and others also trying to get repairs after Hurricane Helene. “Tonya was so incredibly helpful! I hit a deer when two and half hours away from home for work, with no friends/family in the area to assist. The Enterprise in Hendersonville had no rentals and she took the time to personally call Enterprises in the surrounding area to ensure I got a rental. On top of that she was more than welcoming and accommodating as I had to wait 2+ hours for a ride. She made a stressful ordeal so much more manageable and I can’t express how appreciative I am. Additionally, Kevin gave me weekly updates about the status of my vehicle! And the condition in which I received my car was beautiful. “When having our Volvo delivered to us, the delivery people put some pretty extensive scratches on it. I took it to Gerber for an estimate. The price was fair and we got right in. Our vehicle was back in just a little over a week! Although there was no damage to the interior, it looked better than when we had dropped it off because our estimator at Gerber, made sure that it was detailed for us when we picked it up. What service!Hopefully there will be no need, but if there is ever an issue for our vehicles to be fixed, we will only come to Gerber!”
