She was very kind , very considerate, and very helpful, which took me by surprise, because finding people like that working with businesses is like finding a diamond in a rough. I walked in there feeling confused and retarded. Allison had straightened me out with a quick and easy setup. She answered every question I have thrown at her with ease, smarts, and a genuine smile. She even answered some before I could cough them up. I hope that she wasn't an A.I. Allison you were awesome! And if you leave, I'm suing for false advertising ?.”

“I had an issue with logging in to my mobile account & the call center exhausted their ability to help me. The only solution, I was told, was to go in to my local branch, physically, to solve the problem & that a call to that location wouldn’t be sufficient. I live in SC, so a trip to my local branch would have been a 90 minute drive! Well, I called the local branch & spoke with Hanna Kent, a loan officer, and she patiently worked with me, over the phone, & solved my problem. I’m very grateful for the ladies in the call center but going to the branch was not an option for me.
