Scott is a wonderful installer, careful and thorough. They even had some of the cabinets repaired after another company's workers damaged them. Despite the delays caused by Helene (one of my vanities was washed away), I still received excellent service. They were always on time, professional and a pleasure to do business with.”

“We did a complete remodel of our home with the fireplace being top of the list. After visiting Etowah Fireplace we knew we would be in the best of hands. The staff greeted us first thing and were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The show room is incredibly beautiful since the new ownership took over. They had so many fireplace options to look at and answered all our questions. After deciding on a beautiful linear fireplace, Lee came out and removed the old fireplace and installed our new one. He was very patient in explaining all that he was doing and how it would operate. His professionalism and knowledge are unmatched. His NFI certification also put our minds at ease.

We could not get staff to answer. After their Greenville store advertised "Open Saturday" chose to be closed with no posting beyond the front door. This wasted an hour's drive, an hour back and so phoned Asheville Ferguson to ensure were open. No one picked up the phone at 10.20 am. Rod Patteson”
