“Yurixi E. is everything! I had the best experience with her! The customer service was exceptional! She was extremely knowledgeable and she found valuable pics/videos that I thought were lost forever! I literally cried and hugged her when she retrieved them! I can't say enough about this young lady! She literally handled myself and another customer, multitasking so smoothly! Also props to Adam for A1 training! This particular store has a history of great customer service but she took it up a notch! 10/10 Highly Recommended”

“Very polite & considerate. Jarita went above and beyond to help me find out what my account consists of and why I am paying what I am paying. If anyone can’t get alone with this helpful young lady there’s something wrong she is truly a gem and prize to this company.”

“I wanted to thank the verizon rep that helped us with getting our phone plan changed around. He was very patient and helping getting everything changed over. He worked with us until after closing hours. I wish I remembered his name. July 13, 2026 in Forest City. Thank you.”
