“This past fall, Walmart finally hired an excellent store manager. The improvement has been very obvious. The store is more organized & cleaner.,.. even the floors are shiny and this is a first! He has excellent merchandising skills. Im not sure where he came from or who had trained him but all of the above has been worth it! He appears to be a hard working young man who has been committed to the success of not only himself but first & fore most Walmart, its employee and, for sure , the day in and day out customers. I have seen him many times working hard in the store. Sorry i am not good at names but I do remember faces. His photo is in the store.... In fact one day I stopped him and congratulated him on the improvements I had seen. My guess is he isn't use to that ....however i have worked in TV sales for years and seen many customers service managers good & bad and he is excellent. Congratulations Walmart in Forest City. Please keep him and give him a bonus. And NO I do not know him and no one paid me to be honest! I was raised that way by my hard working parent restaurant owners in Texas! Thank you!”

“Brittany and Shelby go above and beyond. I run a busy business and my 12.9inch iPad Pro black screened. Forest City was the only store in the area that even had this size iPad in stock. Turns out nothing was wrong with mine. It just needed a soft reset thanks to Shelby for making this happen. Decided to get the new one anyway and traded in one of my other smaller iPads for the 12.9inch, new Beats Fit Pro, new phone case and other items. I would have bought the screen protector, and new case if they had them in stock. I was very happy with the limited wait time, customer service and knowledge as I had many questions. Greatly appreciated and will be back next fall for the new iPhone 16 roll out.”
