A huge shout out to Ms. Cassady and Ms. Cassandra they were so helpful and thorough with explaining all their perks and the ins and outs with their loans, accounts, and the use of their app as well. They were fast and very pleasant. Also the nice lady who greeted me at the door ended up helping me out as well and my wait was not long at all. Just very efficient and there was no headache at all. When I had to call my ex husband for paperwork he was extremely rude to me and the representative. The manager Joshua, could see my distress and how both myself and the representative was being mistreated. He was so kind to both of us and was super helpful to me and the representative.
