“This review is dedicated to the Ingles Deli. The deli staff are all kind and eager to help serve you food. The food is always hot and delicious and has a homestyle feel. You can choose from Asian cuisine, pizza, sub sandwiches, and homestyle entrees. The food is relatively cheap and is good every single time. I highly recommend Ingles deli for breakfast or lunch!”
“Best prices in WNC. Drive from Cullowhee to Franklin to shop here and the money spent on gas is negligible compared to the savings when compared to shopping at any local grocery stores.”

“My pup is allergic to chicken and ingles is the only one that carry’s her dog food. I’ve looked all over for a bag this week and everyone is out. I called Franklin to see if they had any before I took that long drive over and Miss Layla at customer service was just an angel when I called. I felt so bad for even calling to ask someone to go look and she was so sweet about it! She went and looked for me and came right back to the phone unfortunately they were out as well but she was so friendly about it I just felt she needed recognition!!! Thank you Layla. “I would recommend people that are used to just shopping at Ingles and Walmart around here to start looking at the weekly ad for the food Lion in Franklin because a lot of times they beat the pants off of Ingles and even Walmart for prices and surprisingly they carry many things that you can't get at Ingles in Walmart and the people that work there are super friendly and helpful”
“I don't recommend not only is the place got stuff all over the floor which is a fall hazord, but also rude employees that say you have to pay for it when your son pops it while there was so many other balloons on the floor ... next time ( if there ever is a next time) I'll just tell him to fall or I'll fall and let them pay for their own balloon ;)”
