“What more could you want from your local grocery store than cheap bread and discount meat! Our go-to when we need to stock up the pantry, and they still have a quarter horse outside. The staff is beyond friendly. Smaller selection than some of the big places but perfect for your first stop Sunday morning shopping to get basics.”

“Very clean, lots of choice, prices were decent. You need a membership card to take full advantage of the deals (I do not have one, not being local) but prices weren't particularly expensive even without. Good produce, great deli section, lovely fresh bakery items, and lots of parking out front.”

Dollar Generals huge push to become a solid local retailer has worked and their convenient locations have given the shopper a place to go for quick purchases without the aggravation and inconvenience of the retail giants. “Thank goodness for Walmart! It's the only place in town I can find my favorite foods and brands in one store! Specialty cheeses, Carolina wines, dark imported chocolates, prosciutto, etc. They keep the shelves stocked. There are an abundance of employees to assist you. Their electronics department always has people available to give you technical advice and help you choose the appropriate device or gadget for your needs. Great craft, garden, housewares departments. I rarely leave without finding most everything on my list.”

“It would be higher but there's a lot of places I think need improvement. 1 being that there are ALWAYS pallets blocking a lot of pathways. It's not mobility challenged friendly. The front bathroom always smells bad and most often is lacking soap or paper towels or both.The back bathroom is always cleaner but also darker.For having so many unloaded pallets strewn about, they're also prone to having a lot of empty shelves.And now a lot of cosmetics and shampoo products are behind locked doors. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes and hunting down and employee to get help with them only to be told someone else has the key and twice I was told I had to look for them myself. The "get help" button at the cosmetics center doesn't ever bring help. I attempted for over and hour at one point.”
