If these guys don't have the tool you need, you can't possibly need it! Helpful Staff all over the store to help find exactly what you want. This place is amazing!”

“I have used store 717, Franklin NC, for 3 years since being a part time resident. The state is friendly and well stocked. I was there on 8/3/23 and was having difficulty finding an item. Department supervisor, Maureen (tools & hardware) asked if i needed help and escorted me to inside garden to find a scrub brush that we couldn't find. She spotted some in topstock and brought a machine to bring them down. It may not sound like a lot, but her help was instrumental in helping with my project. Many thanks to her and Lowes .”

“When looking for an odd or unusual item and need assistance or you just need to run out for piece to fix something or pick up replacement items head here, you will be happy you found this place. Helpful and knowledgeable staff understand your questions and tell you what you need where to get it if they don't have it.
They have a lot of inventory, are fair priced and have just what I need everytime we are trying to fix something at our cabin.”
