“I have always loved this store but me and my sister went shopping today, and I literally had the best experience I swear. I am not one to ever even write a review good or bad but I had to today just so everyone knows to COME HERE!!! me and my sister had so much fun, both associates we spoke with were so fun, personable, helpful, and sweet. We spent so much time talking about concerts, and so many other things. You could tell these girls had such great personalities and were not superficial in any way. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold a product” they were just super positive and fun and seemed to genuinely care that we leave satisfied!! As someone who works in retail myself I was super impressed, and immediately want to return to shop for my birthday and hope the same girls are working because they were so sweet and I loved them haha. They started rooms for us, hyped up our outfits, and had such a sweet and fun vibe overall. 11/10 recommend if you want some cute clothes and a great shopping experience :)))”

“Jodi and her family and staff at BYH display a genuine warmth when shopping with them. From the time you arrive… you just know! Extremely helpful, wonderful selections for gifts for everyone -and for me! ….and they all come wrapped so beautifully! They made it easy for my non shopping husband and son to buy gifts - and to have them talk about a positive shopping experience is saying a LOT! Let me just start by saying this is by far the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had in a consignment shop the owner, Lynn is so amazing and so is her business. I would shop here for my dolls and always find something. Never was she once rude to a customer she was always patient and kind and it was overall an amazing atmosphere. And I can tell you that everything is cleaned, sanitized and sorted through to the best of their abilities before going out on the shelves.”

Not to mention being bilingual is a great plus as well. She should be in a leadership position ASAP.”
