Rude and incompetent are the two words that come to mind about everyone who works here. Ridiculous. I will be getting my Rxs online in the future. *edit* now they want me to use their terrible website to seek customer service! Right, the website is a joke and they have no customer service. I have written a letter to the president of CVS Health and I won't be holding my breath for a response. Meanwhile they lost this 40 year customer and I will not be the last to leave. Good luck CVS, your days as a company are numbered as Americans will not put up with your disrespect any longer.

The customer service I received at the pharmacy was excellent. A very knowledgeable staff member helped me check out. I also like how this CVS location is always clean and well stocked.

I live in Fuquay Varina , North Carolina And the CVS at 605 Main St. Have people that greet you when you come in the door and help you with what you need that’s the great thing about my CVS. Come and visit sometime you’re see.

Gave incorrect amount of medication and shorted my son’s antibiotics two times. Pharmacy staff offers no apology and responded “we didn’t have enough to fill it so only gave you a partial.” This is important information withheld that should have been communicated at time of purchase. Our prescription coverage is through Caremark, hate to be paranoid, but after the lack of communication, it feels intentional. They are severely understaffed and I feel bad for the workers at this location as it’s the only CVS in the area, but they need to do better. If you use this location, make sure to check your meds.

I've always had a good experience for the most part at this CVS store. The Pharmacy staff, in store staff and floor staff are always helpful. If I need to pick apart one thing, it would be trying to call the Pharmacy based on the CVS App directory. It appears the App and the store Pharmacy are not always 🤔 seeing each other.

Phone sucks wait time sucks communication between pharmacy and doctors sucks .This pharmacy has too many customers and can't keep up .With the phone you will spend at least 20 minutes on hold listening to stupid commercials.This phone is completely worthless .

I am constantly having to call in to hurry my order along. I’m talking days after it is placed by my dr. Or when I make a refill request. When I call in I am psychologically tortured by your hold music. I am pretty sure the CIA uses your hold music to get information out of suspected terrorist. It probably only takes them 30 minutes. Because after 20 minutes of listening to your hold music I end up hanging up. There’s only so much torture, I’m willing to put myself through, and believe me I would give out government secrets if I was made to listen to that god awful noise longer than 20 minutes! The staff need to answer the phone and your torturous music needs to change. I am now looking into other pharmacies, mostly because of the damn hold music.

Definitely a 0-star review. My Dr called in a prescription on Thursday. I hadn’t heard anything by Friday, so I decided to stop in. They are short staffed so the drive thru was closed. I waited in a long line to ask about my prescription, only to be told they are running a WEEK BEHIND on filling them. At this time, my Dr office was closed for the weekend, so I couldn’t get this sent to another pharmacy. I was told they’d expedite it and that it’d be ready end of day Friday or Saturday afternoon. Fast forward and none of those times were met. I finally received notification of my prescription being ready late Sunday - 4 DAYS after it was submitted. 100% unacceptable. After suffering all weekend due to their incompetence, I won’t be using this pharmacy again.

WHAT?! This is a new low for CVS and shame on me for allowing them so many extra chances to be professional, timely and responsible. They let me know they are filling my meds 1st thing this morning (need them tomorrow BTW) then this afternoon nor only are they NOT ready but they are closing 4 hours early because they are short staffed?!
I have no meds and I'm furious. This is not a frozen custard store. People rely on their services and it appears they do not care if they go out of business, or at least the people who work there have given up.
They have been reported to the pharmacy board b/c google reviews clearly do not make a difference.
