Definitely a 0-star review. My Dr called in a prescription on Thursday. I hadn’t heard anything by Friday, so I decided to stop in. They are short staffed so the drive thru was closed. I waited in a long line to ask about my prescription, only to be told they are running a WEEK BEHIND on filling them. At this time, my Dr office was closed for the weekend, so I couldn’t get this sent to another pharmacy. I was told they’d expedite it and that it’d be ready end of day Friday or Saturday afternoon. Fast forward and none of those times were met. I finally received notification of my prescription being ready late Sunday - 4 DAYS after it was submitted. 100% unacceptable. After suffering all weekend due to their incompetence, I won’t be using this pharmacy again.

I would give 0 if I could. Trying to call the pharmacy is infuriating. Their phone system will only give the option to ask Covid related inquiries, and when it does supposedly transfer you, the phone will never be answered.

They denied my boyfriend his proscription on the same day he had surgery! I don’t understand how someone can do that to a person in pain.

I would rather eat a box of thumb tacks than deal with these people.

Stay away from this CVS location. No wonder why the ratings of this pharmacy is poor. The folks working at pharmacy are rude and spoke with an unwelcoming attitude/tone. The prescription was ready as we confirmed it on phone but they were not ready to release saying they are closed. Despite of plenty of folks working there. #rx rx

Since the staff has changed the past 2-3 years, I have had nothing but difficulty with this CVS location. Our daughter has been given wrong prescriptions over and over that could trigger seizures, and this can lead to death with her condition; we were given a Benzodiazepine that was 10x the strength she was supposed to have received; we've had seizure mediations not filled for days/weeks at a time; we've been given items that are on her allergy list (and not the item that was written on the prescription). Our most recent experience was that she needed a prescription upon hospital discharge. It's considered a \"bridge\" medication to help increase her seizure threshold for 3 days so her other mediation changes had a chance to work. It took CVS SIX days to fill the script that was supposed to have been started upon discharge. I made countless calls and 4 trips to the pharmacy to pick up, only to be told \"I'm sorry, but we don't have it filled yet\". This is despite three verbal confirmations by phone and in person that they were filling it and I could pick it up at a certain time (hence the 4 trips). There was no alternative option given until the 3rd time. Unfortunately we had to leave town and were not able to drive across town to another location to see if another pharmacy was able to fulfill. Today when I FINALLY picked up the prescription, I was also notified that they put in a special order for one of her other prescriptions. Upon questioning, they were attempting to fill an old prescription for a mediation that was 25% less of the dose she is supposed to take. If it had been filled/given to her, the seizing would have started again. She has not used this old prescription for months, and this CVS location is the one that has been filling the new prescription the entire time. Unfortunately, we are very limited with our insurance or we would never go back to this pharmacy. I typically only leave positive Google Reviews, but the mistakes at this pharmacy have become too regular and too costly. The word needs to get out - PLEASE double check your prescriptions, ask questions, and review with your doctors. Do not just take for granted that the pharmacist knows what he is doing. Be very careful that you are getting what was prescribed by your doctor.

I love when Glenda is working in the Fuquay store. She knows everyone's name, she is friendly and efficient. It's amazing to watch her work, she is like a machine but always friendly and helpful.

Caught them cutting my prescription short and sometimes they “can’t find it”. To me it seems they have a thief working for them. I reported them.

Although I typically try to use independent pharmacies, the prices my pharmacy coverage provides at CVS couldn't be passed up; I found this pharmacy staff to be very communicative and also they alerted me to a coupon from the drug manufacturer that saved me even more. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Horrible store as is just about all the stores in this chain. They continually send out these 20% off coupons that says you can scan them on your phone, but when you go into the stores at least half the time they say they can't. It's not the cashiers' fault though. They are constantly being told "policies" from their corporate level that change daily or by the hour and it often contradicts what was said the day before. So one minute it may be ok to scan the coupons from your phone the next minute it may not be. To inconsistany for me. I'd rather shop at a business that I know what the policy is before I go in there. They must just toss a coin to decide the policy for the day or hour. I don't see and real reason to shop at these places anyway. Their prices are always higher than at Walmart or other supermarkets, and it will take less time going there than it does CVS as they are so understaffed that the lines can be 6-8 people long most of the time.

Their pharmacy is absolutely garbage. They're always running out of refills and wait to tell you, understaffed, misquote wait times, and the drive thru is atrocious. They allow cars to sit in front of the window waiting for a prescription to be filled rather than park. Never having medications sent there again

Terrible pharmacy. Told me my prescription would be ready in 20-30 minutes. 40 minutes later it hadn't been made yet. I won't be back.

If there was an ability to put zero stars I would. Signed in at 3/16/17 5:05 pm had one person being looked at and one ahead of us. 5:35 pm started with person ahead of us. Finished with them at 6:03 pm. NP Wanet Starks told us I will be with you in a minute. Apparently filling out paperwork and making us wait another 26 minutes is her priority. I knocked on the door and said we are leaving. She said she would be right with us when she finishes some paper work. 1 1/2 hours waiting and we left. Could not take it anymore. Horrible!!! They should change the name from Minute Clinic to Sit and wait Clinic.
