“Move in was made very easy for me. However my paperwork gave a gate code, the email gave another gate code and my contract gave another hidden in one of the emails was a 4th. I didn't need to go there but to move in and out plus one other time. But not finding or realizing which was which, nobody on site, getting voice mail. Cost me more in time while paying for movers. But the people were very nice and price was great.”

“We've rented a 10x10 unit with Almost Home Storage for a year now and we couldn't have been treated better. I saw another review about the business not working with you and that's just a load of "you know what". We always received top notch service from the ladies here. They respond in a timely manner, they call and email to give you a courtesy reminder that your rent is past due before assessing any fees. If you run into a hardship and you let them know they work with you (we were late 3x once due to our son being in the hospital and having to pay medical bills, the late fee was waved, the others because my husband forgot.) They have an online payment portal so making a payment is very easy to do, no need to use the dropbox or come by the office, it registers to your account and no late fees are assessed up until midnight on the 5th. They offer a military discount and most importantly they treat you with respect and go out of their way to make sure you aren't paying more than you need to IF you are willing to take the time and show them the same courtesy and respect. They can't fix everything, but they do their best. I would recommend them to anyone and the rates are very reasonable.”

“I called early in the morning asking to acquire a unit for that evening. I spoke with the attendant. She was not going to be working that evening - however, she gave me her cell phone and when I came into town - I called her and she returned to the store to fill out the paperwork and make sure I had my unit. She did this after hours, on her own time and with a smile. I think this is outstanding service - the kind of service everyone would love to receive but seldom do. She deserves a pat on the back - excellent customer service.”
