I stopped coming here a few years ago and switched pharmacies due to rude staff and was hoping for the better today when I came to get my wife’s prescription “she didn’t switch” The Pharmacy tech Kris was having a really bad day and took it out on everyone in line unfortunately she said she didn’t have time to mess with a new insurance card and proceeded to berate me about an item being only 25 dollars when it’s free with my insurance. She told me to get a job lol I was only at the counter for 2 minutes at this point Team lead was bad as well. I even tried to de escalate and l said I’m sure you have hard days and she responded with no I have bad days because of people who want to pay wit lgi insurance when it’s only 25 dollars. So frustrating.

Never had I seen such indifference from a healthcare provider. Stood at counter while the rep Beny ignored me. When I asked if I’m at the right counter she said “I need a few minutes” At least acknowledge a person standing in front of you. Being ignored is not so merging you expect. Came in for a vaccine and treated horribly

They get worse by the day.... no communication and your prescription is ready today but tomorrow it's canceled... then you get it straight and then it's on hold.

Picked up photos, waited 5 minutes to get my photos. Expect to pay there because the lady if front of me did and the worker tells me to go check out up front. Meanwhile there is a long line for that. I say I just have a photo why can't I check out here since it is photo. She says I told you to go check out there. No explanation, no manners. Rude tone. Awful customer service.

Just absolutely THEE WORST!! The pharmacy tech didn’t know how to read my insurance card, then said “My Bad” when she realized my BIN number was on the back of my card. Only to then say my insurance that I had FOR YEARS at a Fortune 500 company isn’t valid.Ended up having to pay out of pocket because she was exhausting and I needed my medicine. What if I was someone who couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket due to their illiteracy. All because of incapable people handing life saving items for people in need….something needs to be done.I wish I would’ve looked up this location before I told my dentist to refill it at the nearest Walgreens as I used Walgreens back home for over 30yrs. After this fiasco, I looked them up and seen this is an ongoing issue. This was my first and last time at this pharmacy.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY.

I had a great experience with the pharmacy on a Saturday afternoon! When I called my cat’s prescription in, the pharmacist was nice and very helpful. She found some personal information that was incorrect on my profile that no other pharmacy caught yet!When I got the notification that the medication was ready, I drove to the store within 30 minutes and had no wait at the drive thru! I believe I spoke to a different pharmacist at the window, she was also very nice and quick.I was nervous that I filled my prescription here after seeing the reviews. Fortunately, I had no issues with the pharmacy or customer service

Worst customer service in pharmacy and by manager that I have ever experienced. If you have a product that can be seen and choose based on judgment who to sale to then that’s the lowest possible form of a person. What your employees do shows what companies values are. Will no longer shop here or get medication, neither will my household. Terrible

I wish zero stars was an option. Picking up a prescription here is basically hell on earth. I've never spent less than 20 minutes in line. And sometimes they will say your prescription will be ready and you get there and it isn't and then you've spent time waiting in line just to wait some more.

After using this Pharmacy for 7 years it has declined majorly. They asked me if I would like to have my prescriptions filled on their own every 90 days. Sounded great. I got the notification it was ready went to pick it up and I was not ready. This has also recently happened when I called my prescription into the automated system. Gave them plenty of time past when it said it would be ready and it was not. It used to be convenient due to the later hours they are available. However there is no convenience when you are told to drive around or walk around while they fill something that was already supposedly done!!

Everything about this location says “Open 24hrs” until you drive there and see the printed pages on the doors that say they’re closed 10pm-7:30am but the drive thru was open for pharmacy help. They’re supposedly sorry for the convenience but can’t be bothered to update their hours on Google even if it is just temporary. I imagine that showing the true hours I online may be an issue with corporate.The customer is expected to be gracious and understanding—at least meet us halfway with accurate hours.

Although the employees are kind and helpful, there seems to be a system problem. When I got notification that my prescription was ready, I drove to pick up window to find out there is an "insurance issue that will take 10-15 minutes to resolve." After waiting for another 20 minutes I left the line because I had a sick child in the car. In total I waited 30 mins and still wasn't able to get my prescription. If there is a delay, that's fine, but then that means the prescription isn't actually ready for pick up. Another time I was not notified a medication (insulin) wasn't available. I had to keep calling to see what the issue was. It took 6 days to actually get the insulin.

My infant had surgery and when we were discharged from the hospital this was the only pharmacy open. The pharmacist REFUSED to fill my son's pain medication saying she doesn't feel comfortable and refuses to. The surgeon agreed it was the medication, but she didn't.I had to wait 5+ hours for the next Walgreens over to fill it, and the pharmacist said the drug dosing was correct and it was more than safe.Disgusting that this woman wouldn't give my son pain medication and let him suffer through the night.

What a horrible group of people working here, the Pharmacy staff has hit a new low. They were rude, disrespectful, and dishonest, find another pharmacy, these people just don't care!!! No wonder they can't staff a 24 hour location with people who stay, I can only imagine the great people who once worked here were chased off by the horrible people working around them, what a shame!!
