So I went in a week ago to discuss the necessary information needed to add and remove signatures to a non-profit company at this branch since it's the closest. Spokewith banker (with no appt.). Got the necessary paperwork, today, along with our new director which drove further and then (he) would not see us because we didn't have an appointment. Take your business elsewhere! Short staffed.

I went to this branch today October 26th around 10AM to open a joint checking account with my wife. A slim white guy who was in lobby refused us service stating that they are fully booked and that its better i set up an appointment. He then suggested that i should just open it online (which turned NOT to be a possibility on their website since it is a joint account. I even tried to explain to the guy that we tried online prior to coming in, and it didn’t let us. His response was that i should go and try again as i probably did something wrong. As a former banker, You would think in times like these, a major bank like wells fargo would appreciate and jump on the opportunity to make you a customer. Awful representation of Wells Fargo !

I ran in having a panic attack because my computer had been hacked, and my info was comprised.All bankers were busy with appointments. I told the tellers my situation. I made calls to customer service, there was a backlog. I sat in a chair. A lovely lady, Johanna came out and sat with me and asked me what was going on. She calmly and kindly reassured me and told me what steps to take. This woman was knowledgeable, frank, and considerate. My blood pressure immediately went down. I will NEVER forget her kindness. PLEASE recognize her. She is a treasure.

They are short staffed, so they do not answer the phone, you have to go in and leave your name and number, then they will call you for a day and time, well I missed that one phone call and have tried to make an appointment online only for it to say that service is not available to all the service listed. I called and called, nobody answers the phone. I'm just trying to close an account, may have to try a different branch that will be out of my way, nevermind other branches don't answer their phone either. Guess customer service is not important to them.

Slow, can never really help you with what you need, the new people always have the worst attitude and can never answer your questions; I get more help with the customer service people with the 1-800 number. And they NEVER answer the damn phone! I’ll be switching very soon.

Personal Banker/Bank Officer Jeff Gautier helped me out last minute today with a notary. He also shed alot of helpful information on my next credit card options when asked. Great guy. ⭐

I have always had good experiences at this location. Sometimes they do get swamped but I feel that they handle it very well and are always very cordial with me.
