“Someone hit my vehicle and I had the body work done at Love & Company. They were great to deal with. Had it in Monday morning and returned it to me on Friday-just as they said. They did great work, and even buffed out some scratches that wasn’t even part of the job. Very nice people, I will definitely go back (hopefully not too soon). “My driveshaft u-joint roller bearing came out while I was doing 60mph. Got really lucky it did not destroy anything. Took my drive shaft to them. They replaced my u-joint and balanced my shaft. I am shocked how smooth my truck drives now. Wow I have been driving it with high speed vibration for a while. Now it’s gone I realize how bad it was. Customer service is like any mechanic shop. It’s dirty, greasy and they get stuff done. They were professional told me everything they did. I will come back to them. It was a good experience ?”
“Came in for some wiper blades. Greg helped me out with picking the right blades and the right size for my 2011 Civic. He even helped me install them. Great service and friendly approach by Greg.”

Customer service:
absolute joke. You’re on hold for sometimes over an hour, just to be shuffled back and forth between representatives. And then when you finally get someone, they’re practically useless. Also, DO NOT REQUEST A LOCKOUT CODE THROUGH THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM. I had to request one since I had issues with legal stuff being from state to state. Requested a code through the automated system, and it didn’t work. Then, I had to call, wait for a new code after being on hold forever, and got it. They did not take back the code that I had requested through the automated system phone system even though it DIDN'T WORK. Just a joke.
The tech at the Garner location:
Wonderful!! Absolutely zero complaints about him. He’s knowledgeable, quick, courteous, etc. He’s legit the only reason that I gave 5 stars because I didn’t want the Garner location to get bashed.”

“Fine workmanship and impeccable service define Gerber Collision & Glass. When the fender of my 2011 Toyota Corolla was ripped off by an overzealous carwash, it insisted on being taken to the best. I obey my car. A warm, live voice answered Gerber's phone quickly, listened attentively, and scheduled the visit and repair, which began early on a Tuesday and was completed before lunch on Wednesday. I was kept abreast of progress with comforting texts. The offices were immaculate and welcoming, with free coffee and workers who enjoy being kind. And my car? It's smiling again, swinging its new bumper around curves with aplomb. We both thank you, Gerber!”
“My wife and I were in route to Atlanta from Richmond Va when my truck started acting up. We stopped at multiple places but no one was willing to help. We were advised to try Super Trucks and I'm glad God directed us to this business. All of the staff was helpful and provided us with fast service. Even offered us coffee and we watched you tube on their TV while waiting. Before we knew it, our truck was fixed (seperated tire) and we were back on the road. They are awesome!”
