“I chose this Caliber location based on the reviews. They are all accurate. I dropped my car off and went inside and was immediately greeted by the manager, Brett, who went outside and looked at the damage and told me about potential repair methods. The shop repair manager then came out and discussed potential options in more detail and timeline. In the meantime, Brett had already contacted Toyota to check availability of the parts since it is a car they have stopped making. Both of them were wonderful as well as the front desk assistant. From that point on I was contacted regularly to update me on the progress and cost. I picked up my car and I honestly cannot tell that anything ever happened to it. Needless to say, the workmanship and level of detail was beyond expectation. Highly recommend.”

They did great work, and even buffed out some scratches that wasn’t even part of the job. Very nice people, I will definitely go back (hopefully not too soon). “Had some work done here a few years ago. Nothing major, a rock from a lawn mower hit the side of the car so they had to fix and repaint the passenger side door and panel. It cot about $1000 so I used insurance. Went to trade it in this past weekend and the guy who did the appraisal was super impressed with the work and the paint match. The color was Glacier White. He said he could usually tell when there has been work done and a repaint but whoever did this did an exceptional job. So I wanted to send a shout out to these guys and next time I need work done I'll definitely give them a call!”
“Fantastic service from wonderful staff. Needed a new battery installed. Clear information on website. Obtained a Diehard battery installed in about 10 minutes. Salesperson nicely explained how to copy receipt for its 3 year warranty. These people deserve our appreciation and business.”
