“The staff was very friendly and helpful! My car was having an issue with the brake lights and the lock system; they explained the problem well and were able to fix it quickly! They didn’t charge me for diagnostics and the prices were very affordable. I cannot give the people here enough thanks for fixing my car! Will definitely be back (hopefully not) if something ever comes up!”

“I chose this Caliber location based on the reviews. They are all accurate. I dropped my car off and went inside and was immediately greeted by the manager, Brett, who went outside and looked at the damage and told me about potential repair methods. The shop repair manager then came out and discussed potential options in more detail and timeline. In the meantime, Brett had already contacted Toyota to check availability of the parts since it is a car they have stopped making. Both of them were wonderful as well as the front desk assistant. From that point on I was contacted regularly to update me on the progress and cost. I picked up my car and I honestly cannot tell that anything ever happened to it. Needless to say, the workmanship and level of detail was beyond expectation. Highly recommend.”

“Someone hit my vehicle and I had the body work done at Love & Company. They were great to deal with. Had it in Monday morning and returned it to me on Friday-just as they said. They did great work, and even buffed out some scratches that wasn’t even part of the job. Very nice people, I will definitely go back (hopefully not too soon). “Had some work done here a few years ago. Nothing major, a rock from a lawn mower hit the side of the car so they had to fix and repaint the passenger side door and panel. It cot about $1000 so I used insurance. Went to trade it in this past weekend and the guy who did the appraisal was super impressed with the work and the paint match. The color was Glacier White. He said he could usually tell when there has been work done and a repaint but whoever did this did an exceptional job. So I wanted to send a shout out to these guys and next time I need work done I'll definitely give them a call!”

“After spending the day stressed because my car wouldn’t start I went to Advance Auto in Garner to get the battery/alternator tested. Steve, the GM, was very helpful and did just that, we found that the battery needed replacing. He helped me find an affordable battery, installed the new battery and taught me a little bit about it. He was very kind and understanding of our current plight. I highly recommend this store if you’re in need of good people that listen with the intent to help. “My wife and I were in route to Atlanta from Richmond Va when my truck started acting up. We stopped at multiple places but no one was willing to help. We were advised to try Super Trucks and I'm glad God directed us to this business. All of the staff was helpful and provided us with fast service. Even offered us coffee and we watched you tube on their TV while waiting. Before we knew it, our truck was fixed (seperated tire) and we were back on the road. They are awesome!”
