“Shame on me. I waited until last minute (literally) to get my car inspected. The first two inspection stations I was familiar with were both closed on Saturday so I found this location and didn't have much of an alternative. The staff were very friendly and got my car in and out pretty quickly overall. I picked up that the same employees helping with the vehicles also run the front desk so if you don't have some reasonable amount of patience than this is not the place for you.Unfortunately, during the inspection they pointed out to me where one of my tires was severely worn (wires showing) on the inner portion from more than likely an alignment issue and would not pass inspection. The vulnerable area did not take well to the lifting and lowering of my car, split, and began leaking air at an exponential rate. The employees were very kind in recommending a place right down the road that sold discount tires. However, since I had my car previously serviced multiple times prior at the dealership we opted to take it here instead. The employees allowed me to park my car in their lot to wait for a tow truck. As the two truck was going to take a minimum of three hours I opted to have them put on the spare tire instead so I could drive myself to the dealership. They were able to get my car back into the bay in rather quickly to swap out the tires. The dealership strikes again! Bought my car certified used with an apparent spare with a nail in it so that too wasn't holding air. The employees kindly plugged the spare, recommended staying off the highway, and provided me directions from my current location to the dealership I was headed.My entire adventure at this station was around two hours and the employees were all very helpful and accommodating throughout my unpleasant debacle. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone with vehicle repair/auto shop needs!”
