“I made my purchase online and stopped in to pick it up. Store was literally empty, so service was relatively quick. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out as long as it's not christmas.”

“Went into TenPlus a few weeks ago with a broken MacBook Pro. Justin was very kind and went out of his way to take a look at my computer when I was clearly stressed and unsure of what to do. He was very thorough and informative about what my options were and what my best next steps would be. The team kept me informed on the progress of the repairs and was very transparent about pricing. I got my computer back after two weeks (mostly due to delays in receiving parts), and the computer was as good as new. Great place with great people.”

“I work from home and had a part break between meetings. They happily helped me, and I was ready for my next meeting within the hour. I'm not sure they meant for physical business from down the street, but I am very happy that they didn't turn me away! Thank you!!”

“I made an appointment with geek squad. They were timely and polite. Actually Tony Martinez was very apologetic for not starting our session on time which was only two minutes passed. He was very helpful and patient as I am a “boomer”. We were unable to fix my laptop however he was able to provide a reasonable solution.”
