“I visited speedway to grab something quick for lunch break.I observed only one staff working alone there were no other employees in the store during my visit it did get quite busy in the store a worker named Quaneilyus M managed to deliver excellent customer service refill the pizza with fresh pizza and deliver a positive attitude towards customers.Speedway management if you're not already rewarding staff that is working alone and delivering excellent customer service I feel that you should consider giving associates. some type of reward for this type of service.Speedway at 5170 NC 42 W”

“Went yesterday and there was trash in the trash can by the door, on top of the trash can and on the ground beside it. I just shook my head like wow. Other than that it's a good station.”
“Nice place with a small food stop inside. The place to eat was closed when I stopped by, but I was there rather early so no complaints on my end. There is a public restroom, but there is no mirror. There has been a name change in recent years, so if you're looking for a previous location that may've been here, they share a building but not a name.”

“My wife was discharged yesterday after 10 days in the hospital for pneumonia, fluid on her lungs and accompanying infection. One of her outpatient antibiotics is very expensive and required insurance approval. We spoke with our insurance carrier and the drug was approved and then we learned at this Walgreens location that it would be the following day before the approval would be in their system to fill the prescription. I did not want my wife to lose any ground battling the remaining pneumonia by missing her evening and morning dose. I inquired about self-purchasing enough of the prescription to cover her until the insurance approval worked it's way through the system. The pharmacy operations manager told me we would work something out. I sat in the waiting area for less than 10 minutes and she came out to let me know she had located a discount card that would allow me to purchase the entire prescription for far less than my co-pay using my insurance. I also watched her deal with irate customers going through various challenges not of her doing. She handled herself with a remarkable degree of professionalism and made every effort to provide excellent customer service within her authority. While we are happy for the financial outcome, we are most grateful that she made sure my wife had her meds in a timely manner to not lose any ground gained in battling her pneumonia. Our healthcare system has many challenges and unfortunately those working the front lines must deal with the fall out and the wrath of upset customers for events totally outside their control. In this case a very caring and dedicated professional went above and beyond the call to care for and provide outstanding customer service for her customer. Thank you, India, for meeting our needs in a difficult circumstance.”
