“Good service at this Sheetz, but PLEASE make sure you're sanitizing the self check out screens, they look like they got dried boogers on the screen in the spots that get most often pressed, I'm afraid they don't get cleaned often, and they're disgusting to use.”

“I really like Lowe's food I just don't like the prices. They always have the best fruit and veggies. The muffins will change your life. They even had a drink that was discontinued and I couldn't find anywhere. Store always nice and clean and employees are great too. Although I will pay $10 for something I know I can get for $6 elsewhere I still buy it from Lowe's anyways. Lowe's rarely have empty selves and if I go anywhere I running the risk of them being out. Cost a little more..yes but is it worth it DEFINITELY.”

“Probably the best Subway I have ever been to. It was SUPER clean, neat and organized. The employee was extremely friendly and made me a delicious breakfast sandwich. It is located inside of a gas station. I really enjoyed my conversation with the employee and I wish I caught her name. The turkey and fresh mozzarella and egg on flatbread with all the veggies was superb!”

“I am probably going to spell his name wrong but Seich (or Siech) that works at this particular speedway is the example of what customer service should be! He was so polite and personable and patient and efficient, it really made my day! Thank you so much for having him as an employee and if you ever lose him I believe this Speedway would suffer tremendously. Thank you Seich for the phenomenal service and that friendly smile!”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
