“I have thoroughly enjoyed becoming part of the CrossFit4042 community! I was nervous I would not be able to keep up and my knees would cause me issues. That has not been a an issue as all workouts are have variations to all abilities. If not, the coach will adapt it even more! The environment that has been created at CrossFit4042 is welcoming and truly adapted to all skill levels! In my short time attending my body is already changing and I’ve made many new friends!”

“The staff keeps the place super clean and well maintained. Big shoutout to them! The only issue I would have is during peak hours if they would make people move off machines and weights if they only do 1 set every 10minutes or so/enforce a no scrolling on the phone rule during peak hours.”
