“Got a flat tire on I-40W, and was stranded by the median for almost two hours. Called multiple other towing companies, and was given an average wait time of 1-2 hours. Finally called Big Joker, and they said they’d be there in about 20-30 minutes, and they were! They were super quick, efficient, and friendly!
