“Dave at East Coast Towing was fantastic! He had great customer service to begin with, which is hard to find these days! And he patiently waited with my car in a downpour to make sure it arrived safely and the keys got to where they needed to be. Highly recommend and will use again!”
“Top of the line service top of the line professionalism top of the line people top of the line kindness I recommend Ernie Lee's top anyone if you want it done top of the line”
“I am very happy with the service we received from The Junk Car Lady! Dee offered more for our old Xterra than the dealership was offering as a trade-in. We had never sold a car in this way, and she explained the process well and was very communicative. She was also quick to respond and made it to our appointment right on time! The whole experience was great.”
“Our car was in really bad shape and was close to being totaled, but they did an amazing job bringing it back. The repair work was fantastic and the car looks great. They also detailed the interior before giving it back to us, which was such a nice surprise. Everything was spotless and it honestly felt like getting the car back new. Really happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience.”
“These folks are the Best! They really helped me out with a tough situation! They couldn’t have been any nicer any genuinely care. Highly recommend them for your towing needs!”
“Great service! I had another shop in try to tell me I need over $1,000 worth of work. Was referred to Byrds and couldn’t be happier. Zach was honest about the work needed on my vehicle and priced extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!!”
“Marcus is the man!! My car wouldn't start on my lunch break and he came immediately to check on my car. We figured out my starter was shot. I had a friend take me down the road to get a new starter and met Marcus back at my car. He changed it out in the parking lot right there. He saved me a bunch of money and his service was top notch. Call him right now if you need help! Thanks Marcus!!!”
“Fastest towing service I’ve ever had. Quick efficient and friendly, both the office and the driver. Seriously, best tow experience I’ve ever had. Really made a stressful situation much less stressful. Can’t recommend them enough!”

“Oscar was fantastic! He was professional, friendly, and prompt. Scheduled a tow with him the night before. He was right on time! Got my truck on the flat bed and got me to the dealership. $150 (cash price) was worth every penny. Would absolutely use him again.”
“Very friendly and communicative staff. Great price as well! They did an amazing job changing my turbo charger on my 2018 Mercedes E300 4matic. The car drives super smoothly again and I’m so happy. They also fixed my a/c to blow out cold air again. I’m very impressed honestly. Highly recommend this place; saved a lot! Great price, fast and premium service. Amazing staff. It’s a mistake not to come.”

“Freedom Towing is AMAZING! I highly recommend them for your towing needs or anything related to dead battery, locked out, etc etc. The driver spent a few minutes getting organized, and pulled my dead vehicle out of my garage in no time (something THREE men could not do - all employed by AAA). I was so impressed by her efficiency as well as a great sense of humor - what a great job! VERY impressive! Thank you for getting my vehicle out of my garage and to the repair shop!”

“Dave is such an excellent, patient, and amazing driver. We needed our vehicle delivered to a storage facility that has very limited spacing to maneuver the vehicle into the storage garage. Dave was able to work a miracle! He was able to back the vehicle into the storage garage. Dave really saved the day for me. I really appreciate you Dave. Thank you so much!”

“Took a star off because their guy towed my car 11 miles with the parking brake on, but once i voiced my complaint i could have been happier. They worked around my schedule and offered to take a look at everything. The mechanic was nice, brought me to the back and pointed out where any wear was. He also had already ordered brake shoes in case mine were burnt out. I know how to replace my brake shoes on my sentra so i already knew what i was looking at, so it helped me realize this guy was actually trying to help and wasnt at all shady. He then told me to come right back if there was something missed or if the car starts driving wierd. The brake shoes were not worn and the car looked normal and has been driving fine since. Way to pick up the ball UR!”

“Nick came through for us again when another tire problem left my Tesla needing a tow. My girlfriend left a great review after he helped us previously, and I’m happy to add mine. Needing another tow is never fun, especially with a tire I’d just replaced, but we really appreciate Nick being there to help us out again. Thank you, Nick! If you need a tow in the Raleigh area, we highly recommend him.”
