We walked into the Gastonia location on a Saturday and after talking with India and how knowledgeable she is with the many different types of mattresses. She stayed with us for all the questions, testing different mattresses and most importantly she wanted to know what we wanted in a mattress. It wasn’t just another sale for her. We told her we had to think about it, she gave us her contact information and said let me know when you’re ready and we did just that. Two weeks later we purchased. Not only did she guarantee us the best price, she kept her word when we did purchase. Not a penny more! America’s Mattress will have us dreaming of sheep for years to come. “It started with a phone conversation. Eliza had to finish with a customer and she probably called me back. She was very helpful and very thorough and helping me make the right decision for my knees. She is very knowledgeable after an appointment I had I went there in person too put my order in for Tempurpedic topper for my queen size bed. I think the man's name was Tim actually did the order up for me because she was busy with some other customers. They were both very helpful and are very knowledgeable of what they are selling. It's rare in this day and time to find a what I consider doing person analyzer as I am 61 to be that thorough and mostly actually caring that she gets you what you need she saves you money she is very honest and upfront. If I ever have to replace my mattress I will come back here and I will refer others.”
