“I haven't been to Kimbrell's Furniture store in over 30 years. however I decided to go in because I was looking for a couch and soon as I entered someone right away acknowledge my present with a very kind and cheerful voice as I made my selection I was then proceeded to give the necessary information that was needed the staff was so patient pleasant and kind in which is hard to receive great customer service nowadays but I was truly impressed I want to particularly thank Angela Camp for her kind gentle and pleasant smile. I love the atmosphere it was so calming and relaxing. I will share this experience with my friends.”

Josh literally went step by step through the store answering ALL the questions we had - there was NO high pressure sales at all and we never felt pressured into spending more than we wanted. “AMAZING!!!! My husband and I just purchased a Queen size box spring and a Queen size mattress (Nectar brand with the foam) and when I tell you we have been having the best sleeps!!! I kid you not it's hard to get out of bed now because it's so relaxing and that foam omg and we added more foam cause we like the height it gives the bed and we can see the tv better. Do yourself a favor and stop by Something Different and check out everything they have. My husband picked out both the box spring and mattress as our work schedules are different so I couldn't be there but he did good cause this has changed the game of our rest and sleep. My husband spoke very highly of the owners and got good vibes and energy from them as well! I love it!! “Definitely give this place a look when shopping for furniture. My wife and I went to 15 furniture stores between Boone and Charlotte. We purchased a couch that no other store carried and at a great price. The staff is very friendly and ready to answer any questions. I highly recommend this furniture store.

“Received delivery of our new bedroom furniture today from The Unfinished Furniture Shop in Gastonia. To say we are in love with it is an understatement. Thanks to Dave and Emily for going above and beyond. I know a lot of people like the convenience of a traditional furniture store for the ease but as for us you just can’t put a price on the quality they provide. If you are looking for solid wood (dovetail joints) with in store custom finishing, heirloom quality at a reasonable price give them a visit. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. We are repeat customers once again adding to our collection.”

“I normally prefer the Starbucks across the street from Target, but after my experience here, I just might have to switch. The young lady who took my order, Manuella, was very polite and welcoming. She made the experience genuinely pleasant, in a way that really stood out. I am a man who sticks to same old drink but she recommended me the new Pistachio cold brew with white moca and I was more than pleased! This interaction has me switched to me to a new favorite drink. I will be coming back for more.”

“I walked into Mattress Firm in excruciating pain but this was the 1st day of being able to get out, especially to pick out a mattress and I truly needed a new one!! I explained to Adam about my situation. He was able to pull up when we bought our last mattress!!! Then he was able to pick out a total of three for me to try. He took the time to explain the characteristics of each one and how they could hopefully help with my back!! I am certain he could have shown me more than the three but I honestly needed to pick one and be on way back home!!! He was very patient with me and that definitely was a plus!!! I left there being thankful for Adams' expertise and knowledge and so glad I went to that particular store!!! Thank you again, Adam!!”
