“My daughter and I went into the store and were immediately greeted with the voice of Philip!! He has IMPECCABLE customer service skills! He didn’t bombard us with tons of questions, or hassle us at all! He told us the sales that were going on, and then said if we needed anything just let him know. As we walked around for a bit Philip brought over 2 perfume strips in 2 different scents one for me and my daughter was on the other side of the store! He did it at just the right time…. Very impressive!!”
“I am just recently returning to Old Navy after a 140 lb weight loss. I admit Im also always seeking a 'good deal'. I find the employees in the stores I shop at are very friendly and eager to help. Today, I drove an hour away to get a romper in a size that I saw yesterday. I called ahead to see if it was available and the lady (Mgr) remembered me from yesterday and went and put that romper in her office until I drove there. When I walked into the store the cashier greeted me like we were besties. She remembered me from yesterday, also. So, Old Navy, this skinny lady is BACK to buy a whole new closet of clothes!”
