“Order for 6 new Toyo tires for my Class A very promptly handled by Cobie at the Gastonia, NC, location. After installation of tires, vibration when motorhome driven and 2 of the tires turned out to be significantly out of spec (out of round) and so not able to be balanced. Tires removed and replaced (with another brand) and defective Toyo tires picked up by Snider, returned to their supplier and, after a rather protracted period, credit given (provided by Snider before they received credit from their supplier, which was considerate of them). Would happily purchase from Snider again, although not the Toyo brand of tire.”
