“One would not think that Gastonia, NC is the location of one of the finest women's clothing boutiques in the south, but I really think it is. The selection veers from classy to eclectic, the sales people are helpful, friendly, personable, and as involved as you want them to be. The prices are reasonable but not cheap, i.e. I bought a $120 dress, $180 black trousers (they stretch, but they don't look like they stretch!!!) that I am certain I will wear until I die, a fabulous green suede calf length jacket that will turn the plainest ensemble into fabulous ($130ish), and an indescribably shaped red top that I will wear to Christmas parties as long as I am still invited to Christmas parties. So what I think about that is you get what you pay for, within a working woman's budget. It's the kind of place where for a stylishly reasonable price you can purchase a piece that you will love and wear for years and that you will never see replicated anywhere you go.”

“I love finding boutiques!I found this place by accident one day as I was running errands, and did a quick peek for a wedding theme color. Although I didn't find the color I needed, I knew I wanted to come back.When I finally came back to shop, I had such a wonderful experience!I was greeted warmly, had a fitting room started for me, and was tempted to buy half the store!I came back another day for some pieces I didn't purchase the previous time, but they were gone :(There's a sort of thrill and disappointment at seeing the limited availability. Creates a sort of shopping rush to the experience!However, I did notice not all the staff are as warm as I experienced on my first shopping experience there.The last time I went, one staff member, short hair and bright blue contacts, wouldn't even make eye contact with me, and hardly spoke a word.”

“I had a cart of items, one of which was an expensive pair of pants but the store only had one. I went to check out, but then I was told to go to customer service and they explained to me how to use the app and get the same deal as in store. She offered to show me how the app worked when the line cleared. I ended up finishing the item by the time she came up to me, but I felt very valued as a customer that she followed up on her promise. I wish I remembered her name, but the CS department was great!When I went to check out the rest of my items from the cart, Me and my partner went through Connie's line and she immediately made my experience even better!! Connie was energetic and engaged in conversations with us which made us feel welcome and appreciated. She ROCKED!!Only negative was walking from one register to the back of the store to CS and then back to the register just to check stock of an item. The Friendliness of everyone I met along the way made up for this inconvenience. Overall, I walked away with a great experience and an appreciation for the store's staff!!”

“My daughter and I went into the store and were immediately greeted with the voice of Philip!! He has IMPECCABLE customer service skills! He didn’t bombard us with tons of questions, or hassle us at all! He told us the sales that were going on, and then said if we needed anything just let him know. As we walked around for a bit Philip brought over 2 perfume strips in 2 different scents one for me and my daughter was on the other side of the store! He did it at just the right time…. Very impressive!!”

“Went in Gastonia today after having a pair of shoes for few months. They were coming apart on the inside. I only wanted a copy of the receipt so I could make a complaint to the manufacture. The kind person helping me said they would be happy to exchange and helped me select a different brand.
