“Today I went in Lane Bryant for a bra fitting and I received excellent customer service from Anita! She greeted me when I first arrived, she left the register to help fit me for a bra, and once I found my size, she even helped me order more colors online. It was very refreshing to experience good customer service when so many companies have been lacking.”
“Sam and her team are an absolute joy! I came in the store FIFTEEN MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING and Sam helped me find what I needed and didn’t complain once about me sliding in so close to closing. I managed to get exactly what I needed and check out before 9pm and it was all because of Sam and let me not forget the sweet young redheaded girl at the register! I didn’t catch her name but she was so kind! I haven’t shopped at old navy in years but after tonight I’m going to become a regular again! Thank you guys for going above and beyond, you saved me!”

“I went to the store today for the first time in a very long time. I was helped by the sweetest lady named Jasmine. When I walked in, she asked if I needed help and I said yes, and told her what I was looking for. She gave me four great options, and I was out of the store with my purchases in about 20 minutes. I had lost a lot of weight and didn’t know my size, but she looked at me and guessed correctly. She really knows her store’s stock very well. I could not have been more pleased to have worked with her.”

“Visited recently to return an item shipped to the house. Employee was very nice about the return and there was no wait. I shopped some while I was there and ending up spending more than the item I returned. The home section is the best area in my opinion. Lots of attractive items to look through and, most times, buy. They had the cutest birds that are on a stick that you place in potted plants. Of course I bought more than one. It is designed to look bright, new and pretty. Also like the socks and shoe areas. Not too much luck in the clothing department. I would go to this location more often, but the traffic is an issue. It is easier to buy online than deal with the traffic. Lastly, the same employee checked me out and remembered me and made small talk again. Very nice lady, sorry that I didn't get your name.”

They have running shoes like Hoka and On, then they have boots and other accessories. Also they have great customers service! Nice people and very helpful with getting the correct shoe I need.”
