“I went in at 7:20pm Monday night, and they close at 8. I was greeted warmly and helped find my size in several options. The Customer Service was absolutely amazing. It is non-existent in other stores today. Both ladies treated me kindly and seemed like they were happy to be doing their jobs. I will definitely be back!”
“I am just recently returning to Old Navy after a 140 lb weight loss. I admit Im also always seeking a 'good deal'. I find the employees in the stores I shop at are very friendly and eager to help. Today, I drove an hour away to get a romper in a size that I saw yesterday. I called ahead to see if it was available and the lady (Mgr) remembered me from yesterday and went and put that romper in her office until I drove there. When I walked into the store the cashier greeted me like we were besties. She remembered me from yesterday, also. So, Old Navy, this skinny lady is BACK to buy a whole new closet of clothes!”

“I went to the store today for the first time in a very long time. I was helped by the sweetest lady named Jasmine. When I walked in, she asked if I needed help and I said yes, and told her what I was looking for. She gave me four great options, and I was out of the store with my purchases in about 20 minutes. I had lost a lot of weight and didn’t know my size, but she looked at me and guessed correctly. She really knows her store’s stock very well. I could not have been more pleased to have worked with her.”
