“I was unaware that Skechers had a store near me. I had purchased 5 pair of the Slip-on shoes online and unfortunately, they were a bit tight, so I researched online to see how to return them. It mentioned they could be returned to a store and that's when I saw that Gastonia had a store. I took all 5 pair to the store on Saturday June 6th at the time they opened and spoke with Kim and told her I needed to exchange all 5 pair for a larger size. Kim was so helpful and kind and made it a great experience for me. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with 5 pairs of shoes that fit. In this day and time, you never know what kind of customer experience you will have but today was a 10 out of 10. Thank you, Kim! I will definitely be purchasing my shoes at your store going forward.”

“When I went to the store, at this location, they were very helpful, but very short staff. Although the associate was training, another young lady, she handled herself quite well and was able to train and assist Customers. This shows great skills and the ability to multitask. Aside from Hibbett sports not offering a military or first responders discount, which is beyond me, but maybe one day. I love their Selections styles and brands.”
