“I bought a torque wrench, extension, and spark plug socket on May 22, 2026 from Joshua B. I asked specifically what the return policy was and if I could return the tools if they didn't work or fit right. The associate told me I had 45 days to return the tools from date of purchase. The torque wrench was a 1/2 in. drive, the extension and spark plug socket are 3/8 in. drive. I was told today they wouldn't accept the return even with the receipt, and the tools were clearly unused with the tags still on them. It's a fix that could be so simple, but, now I'm stuck with tools I can't use. I'm already having a difficult time with vehicle repairs. I ordered ignition coils and spark plugs from another place, and they shorted me 4 spark plugs. I needed 6 and got 2. So, I had to buy 6 spark plugs here after they already did me dirty. It's enough to piss anyone off. This isn't good for business.
UPDATE: The store manager did contact me and these issues were resolved. I'll be happy to continue doing business here.”

“I love this body shop! They always do excellent work for me, and they went above and beyond this time! I went to them to have my A pillar replaced (the piece that runs along the side of the windshield), and I had recently had my windshield replaced. The tape Safelite used on the windshield had gotten baked onto my car. These guys got the tape off and didn't even mention they had fixed it for me before I left, letting it be an awesome surprise! “I ordered tires on walmart.com and had them installed here. Booked the appointment online when I ordered the tires. Everything went very smoothly. I was in and out in a little over an hour. While I was there I saw several people walk in with no appointment and becoming frustrated when told the wait time would be 2 or 3 hrs for an oil change. This service center is open 7 days a week, 12 hrs a day. I highly recommend booking an appointment at a time that works for you instead of expecting to just walk in and have service performed while you shop or something.”
