“Friendly easy online setup and very easy to add external accounts and to manage. Debit card came very quickly and easy to activate and set pin. The ONLY THING THAT I WOULD CHANGE IS THAT THEY ARE ONE OF THE FEW BANKS THAT STILL PUT A HOLD ON YOUR ACCOUNT FOR $100.00 if you PAY AT THE PUMP FOR GAS. SO DON'T DO IT. Go in and pay if filling up just simply over estimate the purchase and what you don't use will instantly go back to your card. You don't even need to go back in to the store. But the bank itself is great loaded with features and still hometown feel.”

“The Salisbury Sharonvview Federal Credit Union is by far the best banking institution I have ever dealt with! Oscar and his team are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and make banking with them a wonderful experience from handling my own accounts, but also managing my parents accounts as power of attorney. It is easy to make an appointment with an advisor and get financial advice and information. What has taken me weeks to take care of at other banks took a 1 hour meeting with Oscar in his office. He was able to handle everything from transferring funds, setting up an online account, setting beneficiaries, creating paperwork to transfer IRA's, ordering checks, etc.Their portfolio of services and products offered far exceed other banks I have dealt with over the last several months in trying to tidy up my parents accounts. I am in the process of transferring all of our monies to SFCU. Their return rates are very competitive and the service offered is exceptional. You cannot go wrong entrusting your investments with them. They make you feel like you're part of their family.”

“My wife and I moved to Rockwell from Harrisburg in 2002. Our family bank was Wachovia. The nearest Wachovia Bank was in downtown Salisbury, so needed to find another bank close by. We interviewed several local banks in Rockwell and was surprised to find a bank that could provide the same services as Wachovia. F&M Bank has been our bank for the last 13 years and F&M has exceeded all of our expectation. One example of superior service from F&M, someone used my debit card number to buy gas at the local BP station in Rockwell. I was unaware of this purchase, but F&M looked at my history and identified I have never used the BP station to purchase gas. F&M called me the same day and was able to remove those charges from my account. Another example, I was traveling to Hong Kong and I used my debit card there to purchase my wife a gift. F&M flayed that purchase and called my home and my wife answered the phone. My wife told F&M that I was traveling and she also asked what I bought. When I returned home, my wife had a smile on her face because she already knew what I had bought her. I surprised F&M flayed the purchase, but I was thankful they did. Now that is customer service.”
