“The service at Rainbow Vacuum Greensboro is top notch. I needed new cleaning parts, a new motor, and a total clean out (I’ve had for several years now). My Rainbow looks like a brand new machine. They were expedient and thorough. It needed tons of work and they had my Rainbow back to me under a week! Parts on-site and service. They are knowledgable, friendly, and taught me how to care for my Rainbow better. I won’t take my Rainbow anywhere else.”
“First I would like to mention that I live in Burlington NC about 30 minute drive from TCCT. I had a beater brush that had stopped working and REGGIE was so helpful! To save me the drive there, he first told me to turn off the vacuum and unplug it for safety reason. Then he walked me through how to find 2 different reset buttons on the vacuum. He was absolutely correct. When I reset the "amp" button in the front the beater brush worked again! I always have great customer service at The Vacuum Center Triad!”

“I can highly recommend McKinney Sew and Vac!This fall I took up simple sewing again because some friends meet once a week to work on individual sewing projects.I purchased a fairly simple new Singer sewing machine at JoAnn’s in Winston-Salem. Of Course, I’ve had to go back several times for instructions (not on internet instructions) and the McKinney employees are always helpful and kind. They never have charged me even though I got an inexpensive machine!In fact, I’ve liked them so much, I plan to go to their shop in Greensboro for a vacuum cleaner. (Instead of WalMart!)I can’t explain it really but there was something so special, so meaningful to me to purchase something from a business where you could really talk to people about the product. I can highly recommend the thread also! My hats off to McKinney Sewing and Vac!”

“The store is clean and has ton of signage, which is very helpful for the non-contractors like myself. Lol I walked around in the Doors section for a while. No one stopped to help. I saw one guy near me, but I thought he was a customer. Turns out, he worked there. He walked off without saying a word. I saw him later helping someone else out. I got help from another guy, but once again, I was feet away from him. He didn't say a word. I had to say excuse me. What brought the stars up on my review was the painting department. He approached me to ask if I needed help. The paint specialist was so knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to me and got me what I needed for my project. I really appreciated his help. Everything he suggested was exactly what I needed. I really wish I got his name. He is really good at his job. The check out clerk was kind as well. She was quick and greeted me friendly. I'll try this location again.”
“I've rented a large variety of tools and equipment from this location over the years with no issues. Even had to bring a tool back that stopped working during my rental period and my rental fee was 100% refunded. However, knocking one star off due to an experience today. Let's just say, if you want to rent a flatbed truck, do not let them know you plan on towing with it. They won't let you rent it. Really tough to find a rental pickup to do a short distance local tow and this seemed like the best option until I told them this. Lesson learned, no small talk next time. Just get the keys and head out the door.”

“After a discouraging morning of shopping at the big box stores for an oven... We went to Queen City. We were greeted by great sales guy Dave Webb, he showed us our possibilities and we were able to look at 3 of the top choices from Consumer Reports at the store. The prices with the delivery and take away were less than those prices at the big box stores. We purchased a unit and Dave made arrangements for it to be delivered the following day! The installers arrived on time and were efficient and professional! They went out of their way to make sure the oven was installed, level and working properly.”

“I’ve actually never had an issue with Aaron’s. I’ve never had to pay anything other than the “same as cash” price because I pay it before the timeframe. I’ve always received great service. I had a bed frame and dresser delivered today. The guys who delivered it were awesome, especially Bryson, he was engaging, well mannered, had great energy! Both of the gentleman were great!”
“This Home Depot store is a hidden gem, and I do mean hidden. I have been shopping at the Trader Joe's on Battleground for years and had no idea there was a Home Depot store behind it because there's no signage.
The store staff is professional and very helpful.
The story is clean and well laid out. They'll soon be stocking their Spring plants. I do encourage you to visit.
I went there to buy a washer for my bathroom sink plug and while I did not find it, the plumbing staff was very helpful and giving me alternatives.
I bought that plus a few other items and will visit again in a few weeks to get plants from my garden.”

“Had the BEST experience today.I was expecting my knowledge on insulation for craw space was going to make my trip be an all day event between looking at the products and what google recommended. D (Dandrea < hope I spelled your name correctly) and Seth were SO MUCH HELP! D immediately asked me if I needed help and she pointed me in the right direction with all of the product and tools I needed to achieve my goal. She then got Seth and they both loaded and pushed the carts to the desk so I could check out. Seth then met me at the loading dock and patiently waited as I reorganized my chaos in my vehicle and even loaded for me (no easy task). Super happy with my visit today. I wish the very best to both of these employee and I hope Home Depot treats you as well as you treated me today. Bless you both.”
