“You never go to places like Home Depot with a specific item in mind. You go with a specific need and find the best tool to get it done. I went to look for an item. Usually, their app tells me the isle and bin number. This said nothing. If you have that problem, look in the front seasonal section. That's where I finally found my item.”

“I went to Home Depot, N. Main st, High Point and looking for Sheetrock supplies, was told to go to lumber section. I saw an employee in the lumber section went up to him and he basically ignored. “My brother and I came in looking for doorbell chime and it wasn't were it was specified online. Unfortunately the first few people we asked for were busy...changing shelves or something? Luckily Allan (I might be spelling it wrong) came to the rescue and got us in and out wicked fast. They were in a different location but that's on the website not the workers here. Will definitely pick HD in lieu of Lowe's (which no employees came to assist us when we tried there first) for my next purchase”

“I have a rental property and needed to replace the refrigerator. The tenant lease is up in November and I won't be renewing it. Because of the condition of the home I was not going to replace it with a new refrigerator. So I went to Triad and explained to them what I needed. We ran into a few issues but I created those it was no fault of Triad. The owner was patient with me and made two deliveries. So far no problems with the frig. and the price was more than reasonable.”
