I did not get my inspection done here because they did not have this service available that day. I would suggest going at least an hour before they close just so they will take you.”

“The company I work for used to use this Greensboro location for their fleet until a few things happened and the company decided to part ways with them BUT I personally really enjoyed the customer service and how timely they are when it comes to getting work done. So I decided to give them business on my own, outside of the company. Ask for a tire, get a tire (great price), come pick it up and pay for it. Looking at the receipt before I walk out the door I ask about the 'customer declined tire protection plan' comment, and why it says something about something that was never even offered to me. It's a great plan at a great cost...I just am weary of a company that withholds things and then makes you pay for their mistakes. I WILL use this location again, I DO think they try their best, but I ALSO think everyone (including them) should know about the mistake and maybe it'll help prevent things like this happening in the future.”

They provide helpful suggestions and options and let customer decide how to proceed. They also try to meet customer preferred timing for appointments and try to have car ready earlier than promised if possible. I’ve always had a positive experience there and highly recommend.”

Turns out only one had been balanced.. they fixed the problem and now my car doesn’t vibrate anymore!! Affordable and fast. “Resourceful & ThoroughI went in for a scheduled oil change and brake inspection on Saturday morning. The brake inspection turned up a serious problem that took some time to identify. I was stranded at the shop with an appointment to keep, Brad got me a Lyft to keep my appointment, which was greatly appreciated and demonstrates a willingness to go the extra mile for a customer.He went the extra mile in an effort to find the needed part. It took a couple of days, but he was able to track down a used (yet functional) part that restored my car to service. It cost quite a bit, but I was able to save some money thanks to the 10% discount on jobs over $100 made available through the shop's emails.I'm not sure how much longer I can afford to keep my old car on the road, but I know the staff at Mike's Tire will do all it can to keep it safely going.”
