“Mike’s Tire & Auto worked me in today for an oil change, cabin filter replacements, and tire rotation. They’re knowledgeable and honest prices, plus don’t tell me I need a bunch of other stuff done!”
“Price on the tires were fine. However, after two times not being able to balance the Neto Terra grappler g3s, they told me that I needed a road Force balance. They did refund a portion of the price that I paid because they couldn't balance them. However, once I took it to another shop they said basically all I needed was somebody that knows what they're doing as the least worst tire was an ounce out of balance. They also scratched the center of my black rims that was brought up to me at the last place I went to to have them balanced as they were very diligent on making sure that I knew that they did not cause those scratches. So disappointed as I bought tires from here before but I don't think I'll ever be back because it just doesn't seem like they know what they're doing or the guys in the shop don't care because every time I go there there's so many standing around and nothing getting done. I just wish people took more pride in what they do.
Edit/Update. After multiple calls from the corporate office and the shop manager, I have updated my review to 4 stars. Although they couldn't fix my issue, but they seemed especially sincere about making sure they understood the problem and trying to resolve it moving forward. The shop manager was extremely nice and helpful during our phone conversation. Still not 100%, but definitely a big step in the right direction.”

“So, I'm here visiting my sister friend and while we were on the highway, we ran over a metal wire. Needless to say, the closest place was Discount Tire. We went in was greeted by Lamar who was the bomb.com! He was kind, patient, helpful, AND he gave us good suggestions for live jazz music here. We were able to get all her tires and a realignment for a very reasonable price.
While we were waiting for her vehicle, Noah complimented the cleanliness of the car AND we talked about the food truck Sazon Latino (which is next door, you should try it 😉) Again, Great service from great people.

It is so hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this family business is the real deal. They are incredibly honest. Multiple times I've brought my car in thinking I needed a repair, and they told me it wasn't necessary. They understand how vital a car is to your routine and always work to get it back to you quickly. Outstanding, honest service every single time!”
“Best experience I’ve had with getting tires installed. Really for any vehicle based service I’d go as far to say. Not only were the two gentlemen upfront extremely professional, but when I got there, it only took them about 20 minutes to get it back there and only about an hour to get the entire truck completed. We’re talking an alignment, four massive 35 inch tires with high end wheels, everything. Not one scratch on the wheels. I was shocked because I’ve been so disappointed in the past with almost every other tire shop. If you were to go to a major chain, you’d have some dunce in many cases ringing you up front and picking his nose as the day goes by. I haven’t seen an old-school tire shop operate this efficiently in years. Incredibly happy I found this place. It was actually referred to me by a good friend and mechanic.
I always put the service before the price as I am the type of person that cares more about the experience and the overall professionalism and efficiency of a Businesses Service versus the price. The last cherry on top for me would be that their price was dramatically less than every tire shop I had asked around about. I would give them more than five stars if I could. I will add pictures to this review to add additional trust and authority with Google because they’ve certainly earned it.

“I came here to get a single used drive. They gave me a great deal on 2 actually, one mounted and the other I'm carrying for a spare. The techs are super nice and informative and the warehouse manager is awesome. They also do FULL alignments, like they actually have a rack for trucks, which I will be back to have performed.
I do have one teensy little complaint, but it's not about the shop, it's about the entrance which may be a city problem; you might get stuck, but you need to take it slow and possibly lock in your diff.”

“We drove from Connecticut to Greensboro N.C. and my jeep grand cherokee limited started to overheat. The dealership was way to much money, so we got a recommendation to here. So glad we did. They are a small shop and had the jeep for several weeks, but the head gasket, spark plugs, and practically every other seal needed replacing. Amazing family and great work!!”
“Great work! Had a tire put on a new rim bcs my old rim was bent. Very knowledgeable in having to take the sensor off the old rim and switch it to the new rim to keep light off on the dashboard. Inexpensive. They prefer cash! Small shop, so understandable! He even disposed of my old rim for me. Highly recommend”
