“I am not local, but I always make it a point to visit Polliwogs when in town. The service here is always a delight and they truly have the best shoe selection of any children’s boutique I’ve been to. Recently, I was in town shopping for shoes without my children there and Ann helped me every step of the way. She went above and beyond to help me exchange the ones that didn’t fit even after I had traveled home. If you need to find a pair of shoes that really fit your child’s feet, this is the place! And of course, their clothing, accessories, and gifts are always adorable. We never walk out empty handed! I highly recommend stopping in!”
“The store is exactly what you want for kid's clothes. Light, bright, clean, and prices as reasonably as kids clothes ever is. We got helped immediately when we wanted to checkout, and their rewards program offers money off after a set amount spent (which we used for this visit).”

“I like them and they have great selection. What I didnt like is that they seem to target the younger shoppers. I suggest that they look outside of their own demographic circle and help everyone who walks into the store. (You just might be missing an opportunity to have a large $$$ sale because you didn’t pay attention to who was shopping!!)

“Very friendly staff and a wide selection to choose from. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because while the shopping area of the store is nicely air conditioned, the dressing room areas are not. So you end up sweating in the thick summer heat while you are trying on clothes.”

“I decided to take my sons here to knock out some school shopping while we were in town. I myself am a retail manager at a shoe store. This was by far the best customer service experience I have had. From the moment we walked in we were greeted, to the sales representative addressing our reason for the visit, to bringing us personalized recommendations of promotion items they had on sale. They were awesome. I would love you know if your training is giving at company level before in-store or if management is training employees. Whatever you are doing it is working.”
