Once Upon A Child is a wonderful place to get kids' things at a good price. The store is always clean and everything is very organized, including clothes sorted by color. The selection is amazing, offering gently used items from clothing to toys. The employees are wonderful, very helpful, and friendly. Staff are consistently described as kind, patient, and a pleasure to interact with, often going above to assist customers, such as helping with a stroller or holding a baby. They do not rush customers and provide great service. For many, especially parents, the store is a life saver and a pleasure to visit, with some customers wondering why they ever buy new. It is a very great store with wonderful service.
