When Googled they come up as a processing center for passports. They don't offer this service. They do take passport photos though.

I am questioning the prices. The shipping of boxes - a small box - 8x8" less than a pound, $24. This seems unreal to me. I like everything about this place - except this as being the third time I was horrified by the cost. I am likely to start going back to the post office : (
