From the moment I entered the hotel, it was a delight to be embraced by such warm and genuine hospitality by EVERYONE! The room was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The common area was a cozy enviroment in which I was tempted to grab a book and curl up with a hot cup of coffee! “We had a problem with our room and some housekeeping noise, but the manager, Ryan, quickly addressed it with his team and resolved the issue. Ryan was very friendly, proactive, and professional, showing care both to his staff and to us customers. We stayed here for a business trip and found it to be a good experience after we moved rooms. “I’m tired of hotels that don’t offer a few complimentary bottles of water. I’ve been traveling, I’m thirsty, we all need water to survive and you claim you are in the hospitality business… give me a few bottles of water as I don’t want to drink water out of a bathroom faucet. Besides that the room was nice, the staff is friendly. The gym is dated but the pool goes in and out of the pool and looks really nice. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was good.”

Later, that same night the television wouldn't work again, the maintenance man named Homer was friendly, strategically problem solved the issue as well great conversation. I want to begin by expressing my heartfelt appreciation for the staff and leadership at the Wyndham Garden Inn located at 415 South Spring Street, Greensboro NC 27409. The entire team there has been absolutely outstanding — professional, welcoming, and genuinely compassionate. When I arrived after dealing with an unfortunate personal matter, they went above and beyond to help me, even allowing me to check in early on Monday despite being fully booked. I had already booked another hotel for that night, but I was so impressed by their kindness and professionalism that I chose to stay at the Wyndham Garden Inn instead and simply let the $67 I had paid elsewhere go. That level of care and humanity is rare, and it meant the world to me. They truly represent the best of the Wyndham brand.
For 25 years, I’ve traveled no less than 20 weeks a year.
I have stayed anywhere from 6 Star resorts Down to the top five wall of shame, winners.
This hotel has earned my business because the people actually took the time to put themselves in my shoes and make things happen that made it just a little bit easier.
P.S. Big shout out to Cooper’s Ale House!, Attached to the hotel, they also have a great staff, great food, and surprisingly reasonable prices for the quality that they produce. Definitely give them a shot!”

“Basic room was all spouse needed for this solo trip. It met their needs. Convenient to the interstate highway and close to a few nearby restaurants. A good location to stop for an overnight stay. No issues with the room. Great price for this motel.”

“Updating an older review. Newly refreshed, 2024 meaning new flooring, wallpaper, although this location is one of the original Home2. So, it’s apparent by some of the furniture, shower, etc that it’s a 1st generation Home2. This was a good stay, my previous stay less than a year ago was bordering on not enjoying due to the worn condition. But that is not the case anymore. Staff was great. Room was good.”

“Great peice of land it sits on it has a nice yard in the back for animals to potty. LOVE THE MANAGER SHE IS A VERRY LOVING YOUNG WOMAN. Little to no bugs at all the whole time ive been here ive seen only 1 roach. Front desk worker verry sweet love her to death. Rooms are nice and clean upon check in. Inspections 2 times a week. Maintenance man dose what he can when he can. Cool dude. Has WIFI, and cable. I recomend.”
“The staff and house keeping at this motel 6 are very nice and sweet but the people in the room 124 next door to us are not very nice they always fighting and hitting the walls they abuse those babies we've heard them hit those babies and no baby nor child should have to ever be subjected to that and i have called the office on them and made complaints and one was because they woke up my sister and niece they always have disturbed the peace here they don't know the word respect at all cause they don't have none about 2 or 3 hours ago they ask our other neighbor the one with the two mini pin dogs if she had CashApp they went against the hotel rules and the lady with the black tank top actually made a threat to me and said Your about to be put out my mom was with me and she said it and she'll back me up 120% so I'm about to call the police on her as well as CPS because those babies should be with a loving family not one who hurts them and abuses them and puts them in harms way she tried lying to us saying there 4 and 6 years old no there not but the fact she made a threat on my life and my mom sister and niece heard it that'll get her a long jail sentence”

“What a wonderful hotel. The gorgeous wood everywhere softens the place and makes it feel less like a sterile hotel and more like a sophisticated bed and breakfast. I especially loved the details in the room--explanation cards meant that I did not have to guess about how to use the coffee pot or access the room service menu or turn on the TV. Staff were friendly and competent at every turn. I was staying at the hotel for business, but I would definitely return for vacation!”
