Jayla at the Sephora counter is a breath of fresh air. I’ve tried to stay away from retail shopping to avoid over-spending, but I will be back specifically because I had such a wonderful experience there tonight. She deserves a huge shout out. She was so warm, helpful, and an overall wonderful person.

Extremely busy I had to wait in the regular checkout line to pick up an online order. Which did not make sense to me.
