“So a guy walks into a hat store and tells the guy, I have a problem with hats. They don’t seem to fit me, or my head. Nice fella replies, it’s because you have hair.Long story short, Joe and I spent a bit of time finding just the right hat for my situation. His father yelled from the back which one he preferred on me from the get. We went back and forth, and I settled on a wide brim Panama for all the wrong reasons which we won’t discuss. I used my own asinine reasoning and didn’t listen to a man that has been in that store for 81 years.4 hours later I’m headed back to get the one Mr. Mitchell suggested. We talked for a long time the first go round. We talked even longer when I returned for an exchange.Do what they suggest and spend the money for a better hat. This is one of my favorite places on the planet now.”

“I had received my order from the website and realized that both pairs of shoes that I ordered were the wrong shoes and wrong sizes. Went to the vans store on January 4th to try to get the right shoes in correct sizes. They did not have the shoes that I ordered, but the employees there helped me find a replacement for one pair and issued a refund for the other. The vans staff were super friendly and helpful in correcting the online order, will definitely shop here next time rather than ordering online.”

“Had to edit my last review. I like the product but this was the customer service was horrible. Not one employer spoke after I walked in the door, then when I finally chased one down and asked for help, she disappeared, and I never saw her again. This wasn't a short staffing issue either, to have 10 associates walking around, not a dang one of them was helping, it was almost like they were actively dodging customers. Unfortunately this is the only location close to me and I do like the product so I'm sure I'll be back. I truly hope they make improvements before then.”
