“I don't use UPS a lot. But when I do it is very painless and very efficient from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. I for the most part have never been inside a location longer than 5 minutes. Unless there is a customer causing the delay, never due to an employee.”

“Went in this morning and the store was very clean and smelling good. Linda was just awesome!!! I use to go to the Friendly center but employees are not as nice as the one on west market. Linda is always smiling ?. Just wanna recommend her for great customer service. I highly recommend.”
“I've frequented this location for the last 6 years (mostly for amazon returns, but occasionally to ship things) and I've never had an issue. They definitely have some staffing turnover, but I've never had an interaction that was anything less than polite. The only compliant I have is it's often very busy, but that's not their fault - likely due to the fact there aren't any other UPS stores in the area. Even still, they get people through the line as quickly and efficiently as possible.”
