“I need to get this off my chest. Never...NOT EVER have I had such an incredible experience. Mrs. Lisa not only helped my husband and I once, but twice with mattress selection (we went in two times because we were indecisive) years. She was patient, considerate, empathetic, and educated on the products she offered us.After we had originally purchased a temperpedic and were unsatisfied with the results, we came ba ck in to exchange it. Knowing that she was going to make little to nothing off the commission for the exchange she still jumped in to assist and was so attentive and helpful. Customer service has been so lackluster in many industries, really to walk in there was a breath of fresh air where as a customer with physical injuries who again was exchanging not purchasing, I was heard and supported.At the risk of sounding crazy please promote her to some role where she trains others in sales and customer service, you have a gem in this staff member. One that is rare these days.. thank you for helping us sleep soundly knowing we made a good investment.”

“Very satisfied. We ordered a softside waterbed which feels and sleeps even better than a "Purple" for people who have back and hip and shoulder pain. We wanted this because we tried several different mattresses and the more plush top they are, the more the mattress sags. Purples aren't any good if you are over 200lbs. Softside beds are lighter and fit on a standard bed frame and box springs, and don't have waves or need a heater. But they do contour your body excellently and relieve pain.You have to order one nowadays, and Darrin our salesman was extremely helpful. He matched internet prices, delivered everything, and stayed in contact when the manufacturer missed the truck to keep us informed. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, good price. Compared to other mattress stores it's unbeatable! Thanks Al's!”
