“Looking for a specific type of recliner; did not want the overstuffed chair making it hit the back of my head projecting the neck angle forward, manual mechanism, fabric not leather.
This was the 2nd store I searched in. Explained preferences to salesman who greeted me at door. He said we have over 300 recliners. I’ll let you search and you can flag me down if you have questions. I liked that idea. I do not feel comfortable when salesperson shadows me.
SUCCESS! Found 2 recliners that matched my preference and a bonus as they also rock. One had a loose button, so they discounted. They wrapped the chairs and loaded in our truck. Great experience. Good price, very happy”

We have purchased 2 beds over the last 2 years and the last was an adjustable, but the problem still arose about what level of firmness and what position hubby and I wanted to sleep in. As you can assume, we’re complete opposites in sleeping styles, and shopping for a mattress has been exhausting.
